JOLLY PHONICS!
At FINS we follow the Jolly Phonics programme! Children take part in daily phonics lessons from Reception to Year 2. Please see the progression map below to find out what sounds the children learn throughout their time at school. Nursery children will use lots of Jolly phonics resources, but will focus on listening to sounds in words before moving on to recognising letters.
