Children's mental health - advice and ideas for at home.

I just wanted to email to 'check in' with you all. Most of you know me and my role in school, for those who don't, I am the nursery teacher and the safeguarding lead for the whole school. That means it is my job to ensure you and your children are safe and well.

Due to the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic, supporting the wellbeing of our children has never been so important. I have been sent a link for a useful resource to offer advice around children's mental health.

Please take a look, some of the things mentioned you will be doing already but it might give you some new ideas.

If at any time you have any worries or concerns, or just need someone else to talk to, you can email me, or phone school to speak to me or Rachel Mellor, our Family Support Worker.

Thank you for all you are doing to support your children and the school in these difficult times.
